Behind the hustle and bustle of St Kilda beach sits Saint Evie restaurant and bar at 47 Barkly Street St Kilda. Saint Evie is serving up a delicious range of fresh cocktails and a modern Asian fusion menu. Don’t forget they’re open for all day brunch as well as dinner.
One of my favourite starters would have to be the sesame prawns. As for mains the rib eye is always a crowd pleaser and was cooked to perfection. The kingfish sashimi with avocado Puree, ruby grapefruit, white Soy Dressing and shiso was another favourite of mine. And if fish is a favourite of yours don’t forget to check out the seared tuna. As for dessert you cant go past their delicious cheese platter.
