After numerous ways to cool down in Sydney this summer I knew there would be one place to visit that would help me cool down, that place being Gelatissimo!
There are a heap of Gelatissimo stores across Sydney and even a few in Melbourne. I love Gelatissimo because it has all those traditional flavours of ice cream that we grew up with and will always love. I also love that the ice creams and sorbets are churned in store, this helps them to be as fresh as possible, as their constantly churning.
Gelatissimo also uses no artificial colours or flavours, which is something I am very passionate about sharing. Another great thing about Gelatissimo is that they have a wide range of dairy free options. So many of us these days are effected by dairy and lactose, so it’s nice to know there’s a variety of flavours to choose from. Speaking of allergies and intolerances Gelatissimo also offers a range of nut free, gluten free and even 98% sugar free options, so no one has to miss out.
A few of my favourite flavours would have to be hazelnut, raspberry sorbet, pistachio, cookies and cream, sun kissed coconut and one of their specials at the moment the frose, made with Chandon Sparkling Rose.
